Проблема развития входящих в состав современных агломераций территорий является одной из актуальных проблем выбора стратегического вектора их развития вблизи крупных городов. Традиционно периферии крупных городов, ориентированы на аграрное производство, «традиционный уклад» жизни, оказываясь в зоне влияния крупных городов, начинают трансформироваться, постепенно встраиваясь в систему социально-экономических отношений города. В представленной статье проводится рассмотрение текущего состояния, условий и сложившегося стратегического вектора развития пригородных территорий Краснодарской городской агломерации. Практическая значимость статьи заключается в обосновании возможностей использования рассматриваемых предпосылок в качестве методической основы при осуществлении стратегического планирования развития города и его пригородов. Предмет. Процесс социально-экономического развития пригородных территорий городской агломерации. Тема. Исследование основных условий и проблем развития современных пригородных территорий. Цель. Проанализировать проблемы и условия развития пригородных территорий в зоне влияния краснодарской агломерации. Методология. Сравнительный, структурно-логический, покомпонентный анализ. Результаты. На основе анализа выявлены факторы и установлен комплекс критериев формирования условий развития пригородных территорий города, оценен уровень социально-экономического потенциала пригородной зоны города. Область применения. Научные исследования региональной экономики и экономическая политика региональных органов власти. Выводы. Стратегический подход к выделению и управлению пригородными территориями города позволяет объективно определить границы влияния города, осуществить поиск оптимальных путей его пространственного развития, разработать концепцию использования земельных ресурсов пригородных территорий, обосновать социальную и экономическую политику развития пригородных территорий, усовершенствовать транспортную систему города. The problem of the development of territories that are part of modern agglomerations is one of the urgent problems of choosing a strategic vector for their development near large cities. Traditionally, the periphery of large cities, oriented towards agricultural production, the "traditional way of life", finding themselves in the zone of influence of large cities, begin to transform, gradually integrating into the system of socio-economic relations of the city. The article presents a review of the current state, conditions and the established strategic vector of development of suburban territories of the Krasnodar urban agglomeration. The practical significance of the article is to substantiate the possibilities of using the prerequisites under consideration as a methodological basis for the implementation of strategic planning for the development of the city and its suburbs. Goal. To analyze the problems and conditions of development of suburban areas in the zone of influence of the Krasnodar agglomeration. Methodology. Comparative, structural-logical, component-by-component analysis. Results. Based on the analysis, factors were identified and a set of criteria for the formation of conditions for the development of suburban areas of the city was established, the level of socio-economic potential of the suburban area of the city was assessed. Scope of application. Scientific research of regional economy and economic policy of regional authorities. Conclusions. A strategic approach to the allocation and management of suburban territories of the city allows to objectively determine the boundaries of the city's influence, to search for optimal ways of its spatial development, to develop a concept for the use of land resources of suburban territories, to substantiate the social and economic policy of the development of suburban territories, to improve the transport system of the city. |
