| Περιγραφή: | В статье рассматривается долговой кризис в США в период 2007–2011 годов. Это был беспрецедентный по своим масштабам кризис, оказавший серьезное влияние не только на экономику США, но и на мировые финансовые рынки. Пузырь на рынке недвижимости сопровождался развитием рынка деривативов и механизма секьюритизации, что привело к недооценке образовавшихся рисков. Ключевым фактором в выходе из кризиса стала скорость реакции, которая оказалась высокой благодаря слаженной работе финансовых властей США и мировых ЦБ. Финансовая система, а за ней экономика США восстановились за счет докапитализации банковской системы, программ предоставления ликвидности и изменения правил бухгалтерского учета. The article examines the debt crisis in the United States in the period 2007-2011. It was an unprecedented crisis in its scale, which had a serious impact not only on the US economy, but also on global financial markets. The bubble in the real estate market was accompanied by the development of the derivatives market and the securitization mechanism, which led to an underestimation of the resulting risks. The key factor in overcoming the crisis was the speed of reaction, which turned out to be high thanks to the coordinated work of the US financial authorities and the world central banks. The financial system, followed by the US economy, recovered due to the recapitalization of the banking system, liquidity provision programs and changes in accounting rules. |
