| Description: | Цель исследования. Оценить клиническую эффективность различных комплексных программ санаторно-курортного лечения пациентов после перенесенной новой коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19 с сердечно-сосудистыми осложнениями в условиях пребывания в санаторно-курортных организациях. Материал и методы. Проведена оценка эффективности применения разработанных комплексных программ санаторно-курортного лечения у 85 пациентов в возрасте от 31 до 68 лет, с сердечно-сосудистыми нарушениями. Результаты. Разработанные программы санаторно-курортного лечения с включением сухих углекислых ванн и лазеротерапии на область грудной клетки демонстрируют положительное влияние на гемодинамические показатели и уменьшение жалоб у пациентов, перенесших новую коронавирусную инфекцию COVID-19. Заключение. Применение комплексных программ санаторно-курортного лечения у пациентов, перенесших новую коронавирусную инфекцию COVID-19 с сердечно-сосудистыми нарушениями повышает эффективность восстановительного лечения после перенесенного острого инфекционного заболевания. The aim of the study is to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of various comprehensive programmes of spa treatment of patients after the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 with cardiovascular complications in conditions of health resort organizations. Material and methods. There has been carried out an assessment of the effectiveness of the developed comprehensive programmes of spa treatment of 85 patients with cardiovascular disorders at the age of 31 to 68 years old. Results. The developed programmes of health resort treatment with the inclusion of dry carbon dioxide baths and laser therapy for the chest area demonstrate a positive effect on hemodynamic parameters and a decrease in complaints with the patients who have suffered a new coronavirus infection COVID-19. Conclusion. The use of comprehensive programmes of spa treatment with the patients who have suffered a new coronavirus infection COVID-19 with cardiovascular disorders increases the effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment after an acute infectious disease. |
