В статье представлены результаты исследования особенностей формирования конкурентоспособности Владимирской области, спрогнозированы возможные последствия влияния внешней среды на характер социально-экономического развития региона. На основе анализа конкурентоспособности Владимирской области обозначены основные проблемы и конкурентные преимущества региона. Определены понятие конкурентоспособности, предложены механизмы и инструменты повышения конкурентоспособности с учетом специфики территории. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы органами регионального и муниципального управления в процессах разработки и реализации стратегии развития территории. The article presents the results of studying the peculiarities of the formation of the competitiveness of Vladimir region, the possible consequences of the influence of the external environment on the nature of the socio-economic development of the region were predicted. Based on the analysis of the competitiveness of Vladimir region, the main problems and competitive advantages of the region were defined. The concept of competitiveness, mechanisms and tools for increasing competitiveness, according to the specifics of the territory, were identified. The results of the study can be used by regional and municipal authorities in the processes of developing and implementing a territory development strategy. |
