В статье анализируется инновационная активность промышленных предприятий Республики Башкортостан, а также стратегические вызовы и сдерживающие факторы. Выявляются барьеры, нарушающие непрерывность инновационных процессов. Формулируются требования к инновационной инфраструктуре предприятий и промышленной сферы с позиций триады стейкхолдеров инновационного процесса. Систематизируются инфраструктурные возможности устранения факторов, сдерживающих инновационную активность. Предлагаются направления совершенствования инновационной инфраструктуры в промышленной сфере Республики Башкортостан, позволяющие демпфировать факторы сдерживания. The article analyzes the innovative activity of industrial enterprises of the Republic of Bashkortostan, as well as strategic challenges and limiting factors. Barriers that disrupt the continuity of innovation processes are identified. Requirements for the innovation infrastructure of enterprises and the industrial sector are formulated from the perspective of the triad of stakeholders in the innovation process. Infrastructure opportunities for eliminating factors constraining innovation activity are being systematized. Directions for improving the innovative infrastructure in the industrial sector in the Republic of Bashkortostan are proposed, allowing for dampening deterrent factors. |
