В настоящей статье рассматриваются методические вопросы формирования системы прогнозирования научно-технологического развития региона. Исследованы принципы, характеризующие прогнозирование научно-технологического развития на региональном уровне. Методы, применяемые для построения региональных прогнозов. Выделены и охарактеризованы группы процессов прогнозирования научно-технологического развития региона. This article discusses the methodological issues of the formation of a forecasting system for the scientific and technological development of the region. The principles characterizing the forecasting of scientific and technological development at the regional level have been investigated. The methods used to construct regional forecasts are considered. The groups of forecasting processes for the scientific and technological development of the region have been identified and characterized. |
