| Description: | В статье представлен краткий обзор позиций, имеющих место в российской и польской научно-правовой теории по вопросу о соотношении экономики и права, финансов и финансового права. Каждая из этих научных дисциплин имеет свой предмет, предопределяющий их тесные взаимоотношения и зависимости. Анализируя тенденции развития финансовой и финансово-правовой науки, авторы дают оценку эффектам, которые проявляются в результате их взаимодействия, и отмечают, что эти эффекты могут быть как положительными, так и отрицательными. Авторы акцентируют внимание на трансформации финансовой деятельности и финансов как основных научных категорий и, как следствие, на расширении предметов науки финансового права и финансовой науки. Высказывается мнение о необходимости междисциплинарного подхода к исследованию и оценке экономических явлений, в том числе участия финансистов в обсуждении законопроектов о внесении изменений в законы о финансах через анализ экономических последствий предлагаемых изменений. The article provides a brief overview of the positions that take place in Russian and Polish scientific and legal theory on the relationship between economics and law, finance and financial law. Each of these scientific disciplines has its own subject, predetermining their close relationships and dependencies. Analyzing the development trends of financial, financial and legal science, the authors assess the effects that appear as a result of their interaction, and note that these effects can be both positive and negative. The authors focus on the transformation of financial activity and finance as the main scientific categories and, as a consequence, on the expansion of the subjects of science of financial law and financial science. An opinion is expressed on the need for an interdisciplinary approach to the study and assessment of economic phenomena, including the participation of financiers in the discussion of draft laws on amendments to finance laws through analysis of the economic consequences of the proposed changes. |
