В статье представлен системный анализ научных работ, посвященных исследованию влияния трудовой миграции на рынок труда стран-доноров и стран-реципиентов трудовых ресурсов. Предложен оптимальный подход к изучению эффектов трудовой миграции на рынок труда, основанный на синтетическом и целостном представлении влияния эффектов международной миграции на рынок труда. На его основе выделены пять порядков распространения эффектов трудовой миграции: влияние на уровень занятости, заработной платы, квалификационную структуру трудовых ресурсов и производительность труда принимающей страны, а также изменения в экономике страны-донора за счет обратного оттока в нее инвестиций и знаний. Отмечается, что направленность этих эффектов зависит от готовности рынка труда донора к притоку международной трудовой миграции. The article presents a systematic analysis of scientific works devoted to the study of the impact of labor migration on the labor market of donor and recipient countries of labor resources. An optimal approach is proposed to study the effects of labor migration on the labor market, based on a synthetic and holistic view of the effects of international migration on the labor market. In the article, the authors distinguish five distribution orders of the labor migration effects: the impact on the level of employment, wages, qualification structure of labor resources and labor productivity of the host country, as well as changes in the economy of the donor country due to the reverse outflow of investments and knowledge. It is noted that the direction of these effects depends on the willingness of the donor labor market to the influx of labor migration. |
