Научная статья посвящена особенностям учета отраслевой специфики при оценке стоимости компаний телекоммуникационной отрасли. В статье анализируются темпы развития данной отрасли за последние годы, исследуются факторы, влияющие на итоговую стоимость предприятия, а также рассматривается применимость и рациональность выбора каждого из подходов к оценке рыночной стоимости телекоммуникационной компании: доходного, сравнительного и затратного. Основные положения и выводы статьи могут быть использованы для расчета рыночной стоимости компании, представляющей телекоммуникационный рынок. The scientific article is devoted to the peculiarities of taking into account industry specifics when evaluating the value of telecommunications companies. The article analyzes the pace of development of this industry in recent years, examines the factors that affect the final cost of the enterprise, and also considers the applicability and rationality of choosing each of the approaches to assessing the market value of a telecommunications company: profitable, comparative and cost. The main provisions and conclusions of the article can be used to calculate the market value of a company representing the telecommunications market. |
