| Description: | Counteraction to economic crimes committed in the financial and credit sphere is considered as the most important component of ensuring the economic security of Russia. The dynamics of the commission of economic crimes in the financial and credit sphere of Russia is analyzed, the assessment of the accompanying material damage, as well as the reasons preventing the improvement of countering economic crimes for further strengthening the economic security of the country are identified. In the course of the study, both general scientific and special scientific methods were used. The following research tasks were set and solved: to determine the essence and give a classification of economic crimes in the financial and credit sphere, to analyze the dynamics of their detection, to identify problems that hinder the successful counteraction of economic crimes in the financial and credit sphere of Russia. Scope of application: development of promising directions for improving the stability of the financial and credit sphere of Russia. The most important conclusions: in 2022 the efficiency of the economic security and anti-corruption units has increased, the number of detected economic crimes in the financial and credit sphere is decreasing, and the damage caused is decreasing. However, there are untapped opportunities to improve the fight against economic crimes in the financial and credit sphere. Рассматривается противодействие экономическим преступлениям, совершаемым в финансово-кредитной сфере как важнейшая составляющая обеспечения экономической безопасности России. Анализируется динамика совершения экономических преступлений в финансово-кредитной сфере России, оценка сопровождающего их материального ущерба, а также выявляются причины, препятствующие совершенствованию противодействия экономическим преступлениям для дальнейшего укрепления экономической безопасности страны. В ходе исследования применялись как общенаучные, так и специально-научные методы. Поставлены и решены следующие задачи исследования: определить сущность и дать классификацию экономических преступлений в финансово-кредитной сфере, проанализировать динамику их выявления, выделить проблемы, препятствующие успешному противодействию экономическим преступлениям в финансово-кредитной сфере России. Область применения: разработка перспективных направлений повышения устойчивости финансово-кредитной сферы России. Важнейшие выводы: в 2022 г. эффективность работы подразделений экономической безопасности и противодействия коррупции возросла, сокращается количество выявляемых экономических преступлений в финансово-кредитной сфере, уменьшается нанесенный ущерб. Однако, существуют неиспользованные возможности совершенствования борьбы с экономическими преступлениями в финансово-кредитной сфере. |
