Статья посвящена поиску истоков формировавшейся самобытной школы международных отношений в России в конце XIX начале XXв. Такие истоки видятся, вопервых, в стремительном развитии военной стратегии и географии в Российской империи, а вовторых, в бурной общественнополитической дискуссии о вариантах внешнеполитического развития Российского государства в описываемый период. Можно предположить, что на пересечении этих двух трендов в первой половине XXв. могла зародиться уникальная российская школа международных отношений, которая заняла бы важное место в ряду других национальных традиций англосаксонской, немецкой, французской и др. Однако ее естественное развитие было прервано драматическими событиями XXвека, и теперь можно только догадываться, на какие ракурсы мировой политики такая школа могла бы обратить свое внимание. The article looks into the origin of a distinctive School of International Relations in Russia in the late 19th early 20th c. Its emergence can be seen firstly in the rapid development of military strategy and geography in the Russian Empire and secondly in the turbulent social and political debate about the options for the development of the Russian foreign policy in the period described. It can be assumed that the intersection of these two trends in the first half of the 20th century could create a unique Russian School of International Relations, which would occupy an important place alongside other national traditions AngloSaxon, German, French, etc. However, its natural development was interrupted by the dramatic events of the beginning of the 20th century. Now, one can only guess what facets of world politics such a school could turn its attention to. |
