| Περιγραφή: | MMC Dalpolimetall JSC is the only mining company in the Far East of Russia, producing lead and zinc concentrates. The company is an export oriented. The main markets are the countries of Asia Pacific Region. The mineral ore base of MMC Dalpolimetall JSC provides activities of the company for 25 year minimum. The geologists of the company carry out additional exploration and regularly fix reserve increments, which drastically makes the exploitation term of the existing deposits longer. Raw material base of MMC Dalpolimetall is concentrated on the territories of Dalnegorsk and Kavelerovo districts of Primorskiy region. The company works on two types different but close to composition deposits: Lead zincsilver mineralization in limestone scarns, and Silverzinclead mineralization in vein structures. At the present moment the company exploits six deposits. Nevertheless, in the long term, MMC Dalpolimetall may encounter an issue of reducing the production due to a significant deepening of mining operations, increasing labor intensity and the cost of delivering ore to the surface. In addition, a serious problem arises at the initial stage of development of new deposits, which includes the high amount of onetime payment during the auction for the right to use subsoil, the absence of tax benefits at the initial stage of deposit development, and the difficulty of withdrawing the deposit from the forest zone for industrial development. The company intends to solve these issues together with the administration of the region and hopes to overcome difficulties. АО ГМК Дальполиметалл единственный производитель свинцового и цинкового концентрата на Дальнем Востоке России. Предприятие обеспечено запасами руды на десятилетия. Вместе с тем в долгосрочной перспективе комбинат столкнется с проблемой снижения уровня добычи вследствие значительного углубления горных работ, роста трудоемкости и стоимости доставки руды на поверхность. Оптимальной стратегией может считаться разработка находящихся в пределах Дальнегорского и Кавалеровского районов полиметаллических и оловяннополиметаллических месторождений. Однако серьезной проблемой является начальная стадия освоения новых месторождений, включающая в себя высокий размер разового платежа при проведении аукциона на право пользования недрами, отсутствие налоговых льгот на начальной стадии их освоения, сложность вывода месторождения из лесохозяйственной части лесной зоны для вовлечения в промышленную разработку. №1 (2019) |
