Цель статьи - исследование современного состояния и перспектив развития госу дарственных финансов РФ, которые выступают мощным инструментом воздействия на экономику. В статье раскрыто влияние шоков 2020 года на состояние бюджетной системы и национальной эконо мики России. Представлены результаты оценки зависимости бюджетной системы и национальной экономики России от нефтегазовых доходов, волатильности цен на нефть, выявлены позитивные и негативные тенденции в динамике основных показателей. Обоснованы перспективы развития госу дарственных финансов России. Приведены рекомендации по внедрению антикризисных мер, реализуе мых с помощью инструментов бюджетной системы в целях смягчения воздействия кризиса и вывода экономики РФ на путь развития и роста. The purpose of the article is to study the current state and prospects of development of state fi nances of the Russian Federation, which are a powerful tool for influencing the economy. The article discloses the impact of 2020 shocks on the state of the budget system and the national economy of Russia. The results of as sessing the dependence of the budget system and the national economy of Russia on oil and gas revenues, oil price volatility are presented, positive and negative trends in the dynamics of the main indicators are identified. The prospects for the development of public finance in Russia are substantiated. Recommendations on the im plementation of anti-crisis measures implemented using the tools of the budget system in order to mitigate the impact of the crisis and bring the Russian economy to the path of development and growth are given. |
