В данной статье изучены вопросы классификации форм собственности в РФ и распределение предприятий и организаций по формам собственности. Проанализированы оценка Федеральной антимонопольной службы к деятельности унитарных предприятий, а также деятельность данных предприятий в системе закупочных процедур РФ. Исследована государственная политика в отношении унитарных предприятий на современном этапе. Систематизирована структура имущества публичных образований с точки зрения возможности сохранения или изменения функционального назначения имущества в отраслевом разрезе. This article examines the issues of classification of forms of ownership in the Russian Federation and the distribution of enterprises and organizations by forms of ownership. The assessment of the Federal Antimonopoly Service to the activity of unitary enterprises, as well as the activity of these enterprises in the system of legal procedures of the Russian Federation, is analyzed. The state policy in relation to unitary enterprises at the present stage is studied. The structure of the property of public entities is systematized from the point of view of the possibility of storing or changing the functional purpose of the property in the sectoral context. |
