В настоящее время стабильность функционирования отечественных предприятий во многом зависит от степени защиты их экономических интересов и экономического потенциала. От того, насколько эффективны методы, формы и инструменты, направленные на защиту противодействия вызовам и угрозам деятельности предприятия, зависит возможность выполнения миссии и достижения стратегических целей и показателей. Результаты анализа позволили сформулировать понятие и структуру механизма обеспечения экономической безопасности предприятия, особенностью которой выступает комплексность методов, форм, критериев и инструментов, применяемых для защиты экономических интересов и экономического потенциала предприятия в краткосрочном и долгосрочном периодах в условиях реализации выбранной стратегии развития. Currently, the stability of the functioning of domestic enterprises largely depends on the degreeof protection of their economic interests and economic potential. The ability to fulfill the mission and achieve strategic goals and indicators depends on how effective the methods, forms and tools aimed at protecting the counteraction to challenges and threats to the company's activities are. The results of the analysis allowed us to formulate the concept and structure of the mechanism for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise, the peculiarity of which is the complexity of methods, forms, criteria and tools used to protect the economic interests andeconomic potential of the enterprise in the short and long term in the conditions of the implementation of the chosen development strategy. |
