В статье рассмотрены вопросы совершенствования организационных процессов современных фирм во взаимосвязи с изменениями важности отдельных факторов производства. Показано, что усиление личных факторов производства принципиально трансформирует не только тип организационной структуры управления (ОСУ), но и саму сущность организационных процессов. Показано, что важнейшим для повышения эффективности фирм становится вопрос о рациональном учете человека в организационном проектировании. В итоге авторами предложены принципы построения ОСУ для современных фирм экономики знаний и обозначены направления дальнейших исследований. The article discusses the issues of improving the modern firms’ organizational processes in relation to changes in personal production factors. It is shown that the strengthening of personal production factors fundamentally transforms not only the type of management organizational structure, but also the very essence of organizational processes. It is shown that the most important issue for improving the efficiency of firms is the question of rational accounting of a person in organizational design. As a result, the authors proposed the principles of constructing the management organizational structure for modern firms in the knowledge economy and indicated the directions for further research. |
