| Description: | Рассмотрение основных негативных тенденций, оказывающих значительное влияние на ведение финансово-хозяйственной деятельности строительных предприятий в 2023 году. Исследование проведено путем деления себестоимости на элементы затрат, по каждому из которых выявлены факторы, способствующие как росту, так и снижению финансовой устойчивости организации. В статье дается характеристика изменений внешней и внутренней среды предприятия, на основе которых выстроен анализ. Результат проведенной работы – разработка рекомендаций, способствующих снижению зависимости строительных предприятий от негативных факторов внешней среды. Consideration of the main negative trends that have a significant impact on the conduct of financial and economic activities of construction enterprises in 2023. The study was conducted by dividing the cost price into cost elements, for each of which factors contributing to both growth and decrease in the financial stability of the organization were identified. The article describes the changes in the external and internal environment of the enterprise, on the basis of which the analysis is built. The result of the work carried out is the development of recommendations that contribute to reducing the dependence of construction companies on negative environmental factors. |
