| Περιγραφή: | В данном докладе на примере анализа конфуцианского трактата “Кун-цз цзя юй” исследуется смысловое ядро конфуцианской политической доктрины: управление Поднебесной (тянься) на основании добродетели (и дэ чжи го), а также ряд других ключевых аспектов конфуцианской политической философии. Управления страной на основании добродетели (дэ), при помощи закона (фа) (закон осмысляется как зафиксированная добродетель, а добродетель — внутренний закон, сочетание добродетели и закона — основа для управления страной); рассматривает одну из основных функций государства как реализацию программы духовного наставления народа посредством воспитания в нем ритуальной благопристойности (ли) и утверждения норм культуры (вэнь). Характерной особенностью конфуцианской политики является то, что она представляет собой логическое завершение конфуцианской этики. Конфуцианская политическая система является своего рода национальным этатизмом. Конечная цель, которую она перед собой ставит, — это гармоничное состояние общества, понимаемое как стремление к древнему идеалу Великого единения (да тун). Достижение такого состояния должно достигаться путем реализации благородными мужами (цзюнь-цзы) эффективной программы преобразования Поднебесной. In this report, on the example of the analysis of the Confucian treatise “Kong-zi jia yu”, the semantic core of the Confucian political doctrine is studied: it is the concept of governing the country on the basis of virtue (de) and with the help of the law (fa) (the law is understood as a fixed virtue, and virtue is an internal law, the combination of virtue and law is the basis for governing the country); considers one of the main functions of the state as the implementation of a program of spiritual guidance for the people through the education of ritual decency (li) and the establishment of cultural norms (wen). One of the characteristic features of Confucian politics is that it represents the logical conclusion of Confucian ethics. Confucian political doctrine is a national etatism. The ultimate goal that it sets is a harmonious condition of society, understood as a return to the ancient ideal of the Great Unity (da tong). Achieving such a state should be achieved through the implementation by gentleman (jun-zi) of an effective program for the transformation of the country. |
