Целью работы является анализ последствий трансформации налога на доходы физических лиц. Для достижения этой цели приводится официальная информация о поступлении налога в бюджетную систему РФ в различные периоды его существования, Возможные последствия этого новшества исследуются с использованием теории американского исследователя Лаффера. Высказано опасение, что налогоплательщики, опасаясь дальнейших изменений, могут вывести свои доходы «в тень», как это было в 1990-е годы прошлого века. The aim of the work is to analyze the consequences of the transformation of the personal income tax. To achieve this goal, official information is provided on the receipt of the tax in the budget system of the Russian Federation in different periods of its existence, the possible consequences of this innovation are investigated using the theory of the American researcher Laffer. It is feared that taxpayers, fearing further changes, may withdraw their income "into the shadows", as it was in the 1990s of the last century. |
