| Description: | This article is devoted to an urgent problem – the study of the effectiveness of speleotherapy in patients with bronchial asthma. The aim of the study was to study the effectiveness of speleotherapy treatment in a group of patients with bronchial asthma. The purpose of the study: To study the effectiveness of speleotherapy treatment in a group of patients with bronchial asthma. The observation of 51 patients with bronchial asthma (BA) aged 18 to 50 years, who received a course of treatment on the basis of the private center “Solevik” in the city of Yakutsk in the department of “Allergology and Immunology”, was carried out. All the examined patients were diagnosed with bronchial asthma. Atopic form. Moderate severity. All patients received basic therapy: the drugs symbicort and seretide and were registered at the dispensary with a therapist, pulmonologist and allergist. All patients were examined before and after the course of treatment by specialists: a therapist, an allergist-immunologist and a pulmonologist. All patients were examined before and after treatment: a general blood test and the level of total serum immunoglobulin E. Examination of patients after a course of speleotherapy revealed the disappearance and reduction of asthma attacks (up to 1 attack per month) in 80% of the examined. All patients underwent a general blood test before and after speleotherapy. Conclusion: Speleotherapy has a positive effect on the course of bronchial asthma and significantly increases the effectiveness of treatment of patients. Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме – изучению эффективности спелеотерапии у пациентов с бронхиальной астмой. Целью исследования явилось изучение эффективности лечения спелеотерапией в группе больных с бронхиальной астмой. Материалы и методы: Проведено наблюдение над 51 пациентом с бронхиальной астмой (БА) в возрасте от 18 до 50 лет, которые получили курс лечения на базе частного центра «Солевик» города Якутска. Всем обследованным пациентам был поставлен диагноз: Бронхиальная астма. Атопическая форма. Средней степени тяжести. Все пациенты получали базисную терапию: препараты симбикорт и серетид. Все пациенты были осмотрены до и после курса лечения специалистами: терапевтом, аллергологом-иммунологом и пульмонологом. При осмотре пациентов после курса спелеотерапии было выявлено исчезновение и уменьшение приступов бронхиальной астмы (до 1 приступа в месяц) у 80% обследованных. Заключение: Спелеотерапия оказывает положительное влияние на течение бронхиальной астмы и достоверно повышает эффективность лечения больных. |
