| Description: | В старшем возрасте у жеребцов (17-22 года) снижается качество спермы. Доля жеребцов с низким качеством криоконсервированной спермы возрастает до 45 %. В этом возрасте, в отличие от других возрастов, возможна потеря оплодотворяющей способности криоконсервированного семени, в случае снижения подвижности и выживаемости спермиев после оттаивания на 25 % от нормативных значений. The quality of semen has been decreasing in older stallions (17-22 years). The share of stallions with low quality of cryoconservated semen increases to 45 %. At this age, unlike other ages, it is possible to lose the fertilizing ability of cryoconservated semen in the case of reduced mobility and survival of sperm after thawing by 25 % of the normative values. |
