Περιγραφή:	The article presents an analysis of the development of the institute of state control. Some theoretical views and positions on the nature of the control activity of the state with general and differential features are presented on the example of the development of this institution in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the process of analysis, the essential characteristics of this institution are presented through the prism of refraction of the new version of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the construction of an updated political system. Also, based on the results of the analysis, a number of practical recommendations for optimizing control activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan are presented. В статье представлен анализ развития института государственного контроля. Представлены некоторые теоретические взгляды и позиции на природу контрольной деятельности государства с общими и дифференциальными признаками на примере развития указанного института в Республике Казахстан. В процессе анализа представлены сущностные характеристики данного института сквозь призму преломления новой редакции Конституции РК и выстраивания обновленной политической системы. Также по итогам анализа представлен ряд практических рекомендаций по оптимизации контрольной деятельности в РК.
