Description:	The paper considers the experience that the Kola Branch of the USSR Academy ofSciences, the representative of the academic science, has got when taking part in thescientificandtechnological and organizational and technical support necessary in solution of a significant problem such as closed water recycling in processing the Khibiny apatitenepheline ores. Of great importance under the socioeconomic and political conditions of the soviet period was the significance of the state and the local party and soviet bodies in organization of effective and constructive interaction between science and industry. В статье рассмотрен опыт участия академической науки в лице Кольского филиала АН СССР в научнотехнологическом и организационнотехническом обеспечении решения значимой социальноэкономической и экологической проблемы водооборота при переработке апатитонефелиновых руд Хибин. В социально экономических и политических условиях советского времени важную роль в организации эффективного конструктивного взаимодействия науки и производства приобретали государственные и местные партийные и советские органы. №7 (2018)
