Отдельное внимание уделено вопросам управления персоналом в IT-сфере. Также выделены критерии эффективности управления персоналом в теории и практике. At the moment, one of the most relevant areas of improvement of the organization's activities is effective personnel management. This article discusses various aspects and trends of personnel management in the organization. The authors analyze the problems that arise in the process of personnel management. Special attention is paid to the issues of personnel management in the IT sphere. The criteria for the effectiveness of personnel management in theory and practice are also highlighted. |
