В статье были рассмотрены внешние и внутренние факторы и их влияние на инвестиционные проекты. Целью исследования является проведение анализа организаций по оценке факторов, которые ограничивают инвестиционную деятельность. Изучена и проанализирована динамика инвестиций в основной капитал в Российской Федерации в период с 2010 - 2018 гг. Выявлена главная задача предприятия при выявленных недостатках, которые формируются за счет ограничивающих факторов. В статье предложен ряд мероприятий и действий для успешной работы предприятий в дальнейшем. Рассматриваютсяинвестиции,инвестиционный процесс,инвестиционная деятельность. В соответствии с этим субъектыинвестиционных процессоввзаимодействуют друг с другом в среде, которая может регулировать результаты этих взаимодействий, отражая реальные объёмы инвестиций, что даёт представление об инструментах, внешних и внутренних факторах и подходах к регулированиюинвестиционной деятельности. The article examined external and internal factors and their impact on investment projects. The analysis of organizations to assess the factors that limit investment activity. The dynamics of investment in fixed assets in the Russian Federation in the period from 2010 - 2018 was studied and analyzed. The main task of the enterprise is identified with the identified shortcomings, which are formed due to limiting factors. The article proposes a series of measures and actions for the successful operation of enterprises in the future. Investments, the investment process, investment activities are considered. In accordance with this, the subjects of investment processes interact with each other in an environment that can regulate the results of these interactions, reflecting the real volume of investments, which gives an idea of the tools, external and internal factors and approaches to regulating investment activity. |
