Ситуация на рынке свинины сейчас находится под влиянием двух основных трендов: ускоренного роста производства и снижения покупательской способности. Данное исследование было проведено для оценки воздействия различных переменных, влияющих на предложение мяса свинины и спроса на него. Расчеты были проведены на данных за 2000-2018 годы. Объемы производства и потребления, а также различные цены на свинину, факторы санкций и доходов населения были исследованы с помощью регрессионного анализа. Из результатов моделирования следует, что снижение цены производителей свинины и наличие санкций положительно влияют на увеличение объемов предложение мяса свинины, кроме того, чем выше доходы населения и ниже потребительская цена, тем выше спрос на мясо свинины. The situation in the pork market is currently influenced by two main trends: accelerated production growth and reduced purchasing power. This study was conducted to assess the impact of various variables that affect the supply of and demand for pork meat. The calculations were based on data for 2000-2018. The volume of production and consumption, as well as various prices for pork, factors of sanctions and income of the population were studied using regression analysis. From the simulation results it follows that the decline in producer prices of pork and the presence of sanctions have a positive effect on increasing the range of pork meat, in addition, the higher incomes and lower consumer price, the higher the demand for pork. |
