| Περιγραφή: | The article considers a conceptual approach to the missionary activity of the Orthodox Church in the context of pastoral care for patients suffering from psychiatric pathologies. The emphasis is on the correct, Christian attitude towards this category of patients. A brief historical overview of the development of medical care for the mentally ill is given, with an emphasis on the role of the Church in the development of psychiatric care. The experience of spiritual care for patients of a psychiatric department in the village of Baibolovka, Perm Territory is described. В статье рассматривается концептуальный подход к миссионерской деятельности Православной Церкви в контексте пастырского душепопечения больных, страдающих психиатрическими патологиями. Делается акцент на правильном, христианском отношении к данной категории больных. Проводится краткий исторический экскурс развития оказания медицинской помощи психически больным с акцентом на роли Церкви в становлении психиатрической помощи. Описывается опыт духовного окормления пациентов психиатрического отделения в д. Байболовка Пермского края. |
