У статті досліджено сучасний стан господарсько-правового забезпечення використання бінарних опціонів як фінансових інструментів. На основі проведеного дослідження конкретизованопоняття бінарного опціону як похідного цінного паперу та фінансового інструменту, виділено основні види бінарних опціонів. Досліджено особливості функціонування ринку бінарних опціонів через торгові-інтернет платформи. The article examines the current state of economic and legal support for the use of binary options as financial instruments. Based on the study, the concept of binary options as a derivative of securities and financial instruments is specified, the main types of binary options are identified. The peculiarities of the functioning of the binary options market through online trading platforms have been studied. |
