Description: Целью данной работы являлась разработка спектрального метода определения концентрации ионов тулия и гольмия в кристаллической, PbF[2], и стеклянной фазах стеклокерамик, полученных при вторичной тепловой обработке оксифторидных стекол, активированных ионами Tm{3+} и соактивированных ионами Tm{3+} и Ho{3+}.
The main goal of this work was to develop a method for determining the concentration of Tm{3+} and Ho{3+} ions in the crystalline, PbF[2] and glassy phases of glass ceramics after secondary thermal treatment of thulium-doped and thulium-holmium co-doped oxyfluoride glasses.
