Problems in radiative gas dynamics associated with the flight of a reentry vehicle in the Venusian atmosphere were solved. The flight was implemented through a special ballistic maneuver: the vehicle moved through the upper layers of the atmosphere, left it, and landed on the surface of the planet after the next entry. An analysis of the behavior of the thermal subsystem in various spectral intervals was performed for a one-dimensional model problem. Solutions were obtained for spectral intervals where the computational domain is optically thick. Variants of an algorithm based on transfer of boundary conditions were employed in computations. The computations were performed in a quasi-steady-state approximation for all points of a flight trajectory in the Venusian atmosphere. It is shown that a vehicle of conical geometry has advantages over a segment-shaped one with regard to the maneuver in question. |
