Περίληψη: This research presents a computational investigation of magneto-hydrodynamic (MHD) fluid circulation and convective thermal transfer via a curved square duct (CSD) with hall and ion slip currents using spectrum analysis. The lower wall is heated while the upper wall cools due to the temperature differential applied across the horizontal walls. The primary goal of this work is to demonstrate how the flow characteristics in the current geometry are affected by the magnetic parameter (M), the hall parameter (m), and ion-slip parameter (훼). Here we numerically examined the non-isothermal MHD flow over a broad Dean number range (0 < Dn ≤ 6500), using a Grashof number (Gr) of 100, a curvature value δ = 0.1, and a Taylor number Tr = 500 and the magnetic parameter 0 ≤ M ≤ 20 keeping the hall (m = 0.01) and ion-slip parameters (α = 0.01) constant. To assess the impact of the magnetic parameter, we initially calculated the steady curve without magnetic effect. Then we impose magnetic parameter along with hall and ion-slip parameters, and it reveals that M decelerates the flux value. The asymmetric steady solutions with multiple vortices become gradually weak and approach a symmetric 2-vortex pattern, as M is intensified. The magnetic parameter also gradually reduces oscillating flow regions leading to a steady-state nature. The findings suggest that secondary flow notably amplifies the rate of convective thermal transfer, with chaotic flow producing a significant enhancement in thermal efficiency over other physically attainable solutions.
