| Abstract (English): | This study examines the role of intranet platforms in enhancing internal communication and organizational efficiency. An intranet serves as a secure, unified network that facilitates seamless information exchange and collaboration. By transitioning from traditional methods--such as paper documents and fragmented emails--to digital platforms like Microsoft SharePoint or custom-built systems, organizations can ensure faster and more transparent communication. The research identifies several key functions of the intranet, including streamlined information sharing, the promotion of corporate culture, and enhanced knowledge exchange. The platform fosters a developmental environment by making strategic goals, performance indicators, and employee achievements visible to all. Furthermore, it supports human resource processes through rapid onboarding, employee recognition, and improved accessibility to management. Additionally, integrated task management tools provide clarity on roles and deadlines, driving project success. In conclusion, establishing internal communication through virtual platforms significantly eliminates organizational gaps and increases employee engagement, ultimately ensuring the successful realization of strategic objectives in modern, often geographically dispersed, organizations. | Abstract (Russian): | Данное исследование изучает роль интранет-платформ в повышении эффективности внутренних коммуникаций и организационной деятельности. Интранет служит защищенной единой сетью, способствующей беспрепятственному обмену информацией и сотрудничеству. Переходя от традиционных методов — таких как бумажные документы и разрозненная электронная почта — к цифровым платформам, таким как Microsoft SharePoint или специально разработанные системы, организации могут обеспечить более быструю и прозрачную коммуникацию. В исследовании определены несколько ключевых функций интранета, включая оптимизацию обмена информацией, продвижение корпоративной культуры и расширение обмена знаниями. Платформа способствует созданию развивающей среды, делая стратегические цели, показатели эффективности и достижения сотрудников видимыми для всех. Кроме того, она поддерживает процессы управления персоналом посредством быстрой адаптации (онбординга), признания заслуг сотрудников и улучшения доступности руководства. Интегрированные инструменты управления задачами вносят ясность в распределение ролей и сроки, способствуя успеху проектов. В заключение, выстраивание внутренних коммуникаций через виртуальные платформы существенно устраняет организационные пробелы и повышает вовлеченность сотрудников, что в конечном итоге обеспечивает успешную реализацию стратегических целей в современных, зачастую географически распределенных организациях.
