Abstract (English): To improve the efficiency of dining table usage in the cafeteria, clean up the garbage on the table in a timely manner, reduce the labor intensity of manual cleaning, reduce the operating costs of the restaurant, and provide a comfortable dining experience for diners, an automatic cleaning device is designed for dining tables, which mainly consists of a storage device, a cleaning system, a transmission device, and a collection device. The device has a simple structure, easy installation, and simple operation, and can achieve triple automatic cleaning of the dining table. The first step is to use a scraper to scrape off sticky stains and garbage, the second step is to use a nano sponge soaked in cleaning agents or disinfectants to clean oil stains, and the third step is to use a dry sponge for dry cleaning. And the dearance, cleaning and drying of the dining table surface can be achieved. This device can be directly installed and used on existing square dining tables, with broad application prospects. At the same time, the Siemens PLC is used as the controller and the sequential logic design method is adopted to design the control system of the automatic table cleaning device. The design program is compiled, and a communication connection between the computer and Siemens PLC is established through RS485 communication line to monitor the program status. The test results show that the control system program of the automatic table cleaning device designed is correct, which has certain practical reference significance for the development of intelligent automatic table cleaning device products. Abstract (Chinese): 为提高食堂餐桌使用效率, 及时清理餐桌上的垃圾, 降低人工清洁劳动强度, 减少餐厅运营成本, 为食客提供舒适的用餐 体验, 设计了一种餐桌自动清洁装置, 该装置主要由收纳装置、清洗系统、传动装置及收集装置 4 个部分组成, 结构简单、安装 便捷、操作简单, 能够实现对餐桌的三重自动清洁: 刮板刮去黏附的污渍和垃圾; 浸有清洁剂或消毒剂的纳米海绵清洁油污; 干 燥海绵进行干燥清洁, 实现对餐桌桌面的清理、清洁和干燥。该装置可直接安装在现有方形餐桌上使用, 应用前景广阔。同时, 以西门子 PLC 作为控制器, 采用顺序逻辑设计法对餐桌自动清洁装置控制系统进行了设计, 对设计程序进行了编译, 并通过 RS485 通信线建立计算机与西门子 PLC 的通信连接, 对程序进行了状态监控。测试结果表明, 所设计的餐桌自动清洁装置控制系 统程序正确, 对智能餐桌自动清洁装置产品的开发具有一定的实践借鉴意义。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
