Abstract (English): In the current study, Seventeen types of plants commonly used namely (Chickpeas, Tomato, Soybean, Mustard, Baker, Lebbeck, Bean, Sesame, Male Iraqi berries, Female Iraqi berries, Indian berries, Potato, Radish, Legumes, peas, Watermelon, and Phaseolus were obtained and screened for urease activity, among these plants, Sesame was chosen with maximum enzymatic activity, and it had the highest productivity of urease enzyme (1.623 U/mg protein). The optimum extraction ratio represented by 1:10 (W: V) after 90 minutes and 0.8414U/mg protein. Sodium phosphate buffer (0.1 M, pH 7.0) was chosen as the best extraction buffer with specific activity 0.9004U/mg protein. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Arabic): في ىحه الجراسة تؼ اختبار سبعة عذخ نؾع نباتات مختمفة لغخض اختيار الشبات االمثل كسرجر النديؼ اليؾرييد شسمت )حسص، طساطؼ، فؾل الرؾيا، خخدل، خباز، لبخ، فاصؾليا، سسدؼ، تؾت عخاقي ذكخ، تؾت عخاقي أنثى، تؾت ىشجي، بظاطا، فجل، باقالء، بازالء، بحور الخقي والفاصؾليا(. بيشت الشتائج ان نبات الدسدؼ ىؾ المثل مؽ بيؽ الشباتات السشتخبو حيث امتمػ اعمى فعاليو انديسيو 1.623 وحجة/ ممغؼ بخوتيؽ، كسا أعيخت الشتائج ان ندبة 1001 )وزن0 حجؼ( ىي أفزل ندبة الستخالص االنديؼ مؽ الشبات السشتخب بعج 00 دقيقة اذ وصمت الفعالية االنديسيو الى 0.8414وحجة /ممغؼ بخوتيؽ كحلػ استخجم بفخ فؾسفات الرؾديؾ م بتخكيد 0.1 مؾالري وبخقؼ ىيجروجيؽ 7 كأفزل دارئ لالستخالص بفعالية 0.9004وحجة /ممغؼ بخوتيؽ.
