Περίληψη: Nephropleural fistula (NPF) is an exceptionally rare yet clinically significant complication that typically arises in the context of severe urinary tract infections or following percutaneous nephrolithotomy. We describe a case of NPF secondary to a complicated urinary tract infection, outlining its clinical course, diagnostic challenges, and therapeutic management. This report highlights the importance of early recognition and appropriate interventions to prevent the morbidity associated with this unusual entity.
