| Περίληψη: | There have been advances in the care of children with cystic fibrosis (CF) that allow for early disease identification and intervention in early childhood. Universal and the rise of modulator therapy have revolutionized CF care, so the life expectancy in children with CF has improved. With the changing landscape in advances in CF care, there is uncertainty in interpretation of tests and clinical phenotypes that are indeterminate for CF diagnosis. (Copyright © 2026 Elsevier Inc.
