The article reports on the challenges that arise when applying agility and Scrum in regulated industrial projects. It shows that classical agile methods are only of limited applicability in complex, physical development environments, as they conflict with high regulatory requirements and stable planning structures. Der Beitrag zeigt, dass klassische agile Methoden wie Scrum in regulierten Industrieprojekten nur begrenzt anwendbar sind. Anhand qualitativer Fallstudien wird deutlich, dass Produktmanagement in komplexen, physischen Entwicklungsumgebungen durch ein Spannungsfeld zwischen Flexibilität und Stabilität geprägt ist. Agilität wird in der Praxis weniger als standardisiertes Vorgehensmodell verstanden, sondern als kontextabhängige, pragmatische Handlungshaltung. Zentrale Erfolgsfaktoren sind hybride Vorgehensmodelle, die iterative Elemente mit klassischen Meilenstein- und Freigabestrukturen verbinden. Es wird argumentiert, dass nicht maximale Agilität, sondern deren angepasste Implementierung und gezielte Integration in bestehende Strukturen entscheidend sind. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
