| Abstract (English): |
Ultra-high-speed deluge fire suppression technology plays a crucial role in rapidly extinguishing fires, controlling the spread of fire, and minimizing accident-related losses. The applications of ultra-high-speed deluge-fire suppression technology in explosives and ammunition production facilities were summarized by examining the hazardous characteristics of these sites, the potential consequences of accidents, and the corresponding safety protection requirements during production. The types, composition, and features of ultra-high-speed deluge systems used in the United States, along with their current application status and research progress in explosive and ammunition manufacturing facilities were also introduced. The fire hazard characteristics of weighing and loading production sites was studied for explosives and ammunition in the United States, along with the installation requirements for ultra-high-speed deluge systems. Furthermore, the current development status and existing challenges of ultra-high-speed deluge fire suppression technology applied in China’s explosives and ammunition production facilities were summarized. Future research directions are outlined, focusing on optimizing system response time, enhancing detector performance, establishing system design standards, and promoting the adoption of integrated suppression systems. A valuable reference was provided for the research and practical application of ultra-highspeed deluge fire suppression technology in China’s explosives and ammunition production facilities. 针对火炸药、弹药生产场所危险特性、事故危害后果及生产过程安全防护需求, 综述了超高速雨淋灭火技术在扑灭 火炸药、弹药生产场所火灾, 控制火势蔓延, 减少事故损失等方面起到的重要防护作用。 介绍了美国超高速雨淋系统类型、组 成、特点及其在火炸药、弹药生产场所的应用情况和研究进展情况, 分析了美国火炸药、弹药称重及装药等生产场所火灾危险 特点及超高速雨淋系统设置要求。 总结了中国火炸药、弹药生产场所超高速雨淋灭火技术现状及存在问题, 对中国超高速雨 淋灭火技术在响应时间范围、探测器性能优化、系统设计标准建立、组合型系统应用等方面进行了展望, 为中国火炸药、弹药 生产场所超高速雨淋灭火技术的研究与应用提供参考。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
