Περίληψη: Test cases are an integral part of software quality assessment and assurance. Multiple methods are there for creating test cases, which are primarily manual. To improve the process of creating test cases and reduce the overhead, a test case can be generated automatically by utilizing UML. This work provides the existing researcher with a full overview of the production and prioritization of test cases from UML. It is possible to recognize software maintenance as a big and pricey activity that is included in testing process. In addition, the prioritizing of test cases may be thought of as an efficient method for gathering test cases in a significant manner that maximizes a few objective functions. Testing is a fundamental component of the product improvement life cycle and its essential goal is to give a finite system. The software is put through various stages to ensure that it can do its complex tasks within the confines of a limited number of test scenarios that have been selected from the implementation. The Unified Modeling Language, or UML, has developed into an essential standard for modeling software systems. UML-based test case generation criteria provide a significant role in modifying the requirements. In this study, we review the solutions provided to create test cases and their prioritization by utilizing UML diagrams. This paper presents overall reaching survey of the current researches on the test generation and prioritization of experiments from UML. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
