In this work, we propose a hybrid decoding approach that dynamically segments the received frame into three subframes based on the distribution of the first decoding errors. The initial and final subframes, where the error probability is low, are processed using the fast simplified successive cancellation decoder. The central subframe, where errors are more concentrated, is decoded using fast simplified successive cancellation list with a list size of L = 8, ensuring robust error-correction. Simulation results obtained on a polar code PC(128,32) show that the proposed decoder reduces computational complexity by 82% compared to the conventional successive cancellation list decoder, while preserving the same error-correction performance.
