[Background] The ZJ17 cigarette maker used a homogenizer with overall lifting control to regulate cigarette rod weight. However, this method led to a relatively large standard deviation in the finished product weight. To address this issue, a redesigned suction tape pressure block-type weight control device was developed based on the original machine’s lifting motor and position sensor. [Methods] This new weight control device consists of a driving module, position monitoring module, and suction tape pressing module. The driving module uses helical gear transmission to convert the original machine’s vertical transmission of the lifting motor into horizontal transmission. The front end of the horizontal shaft drives the suction tape pressing module, adjusting the distance between the suction tape and the cutting knife to regulate the cigarette rod weight. The position monitoring module, with its detection head, monitors the real-time position of the suction tape pressure block by abutting against the eccentric shaft at the rear of the horizontal transmission shaft. The device is controlled by the SRM 90 control system of the original machine, requiring no additional adjustments. [Results] Testing was conducted on the "Septwolves (Red Army Gray)" brand of cigarettes produced by Xiamen Tobacco Industrial Co., Ltd. The results showed that the standard deviation of cigarette rod weight decreased from 14.1 mg to 12.7 mg, and the qualification rate for the weight standard improved from 38.13% to 64.11%. [Conclusion] The suction tape pressure block-type weight control device effectively reduces the standard deviation of cigarette rod weight in products produced by the ZJ17 cigarette maker, improving the precision of weight control and lowering the enterprise’s quality maintenance costs. 【背景和目的】解决 ZJ17 型卷接机组所使用的平准器整体升降控制烟支质量的方式生产的成品烟支质量标准偏差较大的 问题, 基于原设备的平准器升降电机和位置传感器重新了设计了吸丝带压块式质量控制装置。【方法】该新型质量控制装置包括驱 动模块、位置监测模块和吸丝带压带模块, 驱动模块采用斜齿轮传动将原设备升降电机的纵向传动转换成水平传动, 水平传动轴 前端驱动吸丝带压带模块改变吸丝带与劈刀的间距以调整烟支质量, 位置监测模块监测头与水平传动轴后端的偏心轴抵接实时监 测吸丝带压块位置, 整套装置运用原设备的 SRM90 控制系统, 无需额外调整。【结果】以厦门烟草工业有限责任公司生产的"七 匹狼 (红军灰) "品牌卷烟产品为对象进行测试, 结果表明, 烟支质量标准偏差由 14.1 mg 降低至 12.7 mg, 烟支质量标准偏差合 格率由 38.13% 提升至 64.11%。【结论】该吸丝带压块式质量控制装置有效降低了 ZJ17 型卷接机组生产卷烟产品的烟支质量标准 偏差, 提升了烟支质量控制的精确度, 降低了企业的质量维护成本。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
