| Abstract: |
The design and development of a smart robotic arm using an Arduino UNO microcontroller and six servo motors—three MG996R and three micro servos—are shown in this paper. A laptop-based control application is used to manage the robotic arm, allowing for precise real-time movements for automation tasks. The system's integration of software and hardware enables more efficient and seamless functioning. Test findings demonstrate the robotic arm's dependability in stress testing, task repeatability, and item manipulation. The results show that the system lifts objects up to 100g without failure and reaches 94% accuracy in repeating operations. Sensor integration for feedback-based control is one of the next improvements. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
