This paper presents the design and development of a grass cutter machine powered by a dynamo system, aimed at providing an energy efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional grass cutting methods. The system utilizes a dynamo to convert mechanical energy generated by the machine's movement into electrical energy, which is then used to power the cutting motor. The design process includes selecting and integrating key components such as the motor, dynamo, and cutting blades, ensuring that the system is both functional and sustainable. Initial tests were conducted to evaluate the machine's performance, including its energy efficiency, cutting effectiveness, and overall reliability. The results indicate that the dynamo powered grass cutter operates efficiently with a reduced environmental footprint, making it a promising solution for small-scale lawn care needs. The project highlights the potential of integrating renewable energy sources into everyday mechanical systems, offering an innovative approach to reducing dependence on conventional power sources.
