A crisp optimal solution method for fuzzy multi-objective assignment problems presented in this paper. The problem defines the coefficients of the objective function as octagonal fuzzy numbers (OFN). The assignment also includes a multi-objective structure, with the objectives set to balance improving job quality and minimizing overall costs or time. Given that data can sometimes vary slightly, the solution approach utilizes the ranking function technique based on the membership function (symmetric and asymmetric). Depending on the real data type, offering the choice between symmetric and asymmetric functions can increase the analysis's accuracy. The novel graded integration ranking function suggested for the generalized octagonal membership function to covert the fuzzy numbers to crisp numbers then by using the geometric mean technique with Hungarian method reached the optimal solution for the fuzzy multi-objective assignment problem.
