In this paper, we investigate the spectral properties of a signed complete bipartite graph Σ = (K p , q , H r , 2 k −) , where the negative edges induce an r -regular subgraph. We explicitly determine the eigenvalues of the Laplacian, net Laplacian, and normalized Laplacian matrices and resolve the open problem proposed by Pirzada, Rashid, and Stanić (2025) for the case where the negative edges induce a regular subgraph.
