In this article, we investigate the confinement phase of the (1 + 1)-dimensional massive Schwinger model with a θ-term in the presence of the minimal length. In this minimal length formalism, the generalized uncertainty principle (GUP) correction, which induces quantum gravitational effects, is implemented using deformed operators. The study involves examining the potential derived from the Schwinger model Lagrangian with deformed operators. We find that the GUP -corrected Schwinger model, with vacuum polarization effects, exhibits physical deconfinement. Also, we find that the GUP corrections are ∼10% at the Future Circular Collider, which may be sufficient to induce the deconfinement phase. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
