The Imperative of "Upholding Integrity" in the Digital-Intelligent Dissemination of Fine Traditional Chinese Culture: Risk Concerns, Core Principles, and Pathways Forward Based on this analysis, the study proposes three strategic pathways to implement the principle of "upholding principles." For cultural continuity, it recommends establishing a culture-technology synergy embedded across data. computing, and algorithms, while advancing deep content excavation and developing Al models inherently informed by traditional cultural attributes. To safeguard ideological security, an integrated political-technical defense system is essential, requiring strengthened political leadership, a distinctive Chinese discourse system, and prudent exploration of public ownership models for digital-intellectual platforms. Finally, to restore humanistic values, a human-centered technological framework must be adopted directing applications toward ethical ends. enhancing governance mechanisms, and aligning legal, technical, and operational protocols to empower digital-intellectual communication in perpetuating and enriching Chinese civilization. This research aims to provide a new analytical perspective for understanding the inheritance and innovation of fine traditional Chinese culture in the digital-intellectual era and to offer practical references for its digital-intellectual communication in content creation, platform governance, and technology application to prevent risks and resolve latent concerns. 数智技术为中华优秀传统文化的创新传播带来了新的契机, 但技术属性与文化价值之间 的内在张力, 使"守正"成为数智语境下亟须回应的重要议题。当前, 技术祛魅引发传统文化基因 弱化的风险, 算法霸权加剧意识形态渗透传播的风险, 工具理性不断加深传统文化人文精神边缘 化的风险, 这些构成了中华优秀传统文化数智化传播的主要风险隐忧。围绕文化基因赓续、意识 形态安全和人文使命回归三个方面, 中华优秀传统文化数智化传播"守正"的核心要义主要体现为 赓续文明传承的精神血脉、把好智能传播的政治方向以及承担技术向善的人文使命。实现中华优 秀传统文化在数智化时代的守正传播, 重点在于: 构建文化赓续与技术赋能协同推进的传播机制, 以守正文化基因之根; 健全政治主导与技术防御有机联动的传播防线, 以守正意识形态之魂; 推动 人本导向与技术向善同向凝聚的传播旨归, 以守正人文使命之用.
