The thesis deals with the European migratory regime and with the mobility, too. Emphasis is given to the New Greek influx in Hamburg of Germany which is a case study. The sampling frame consists of ten people where the research was conducted via personal interviews and questionnaires. The interpretation of the results is carried out via the critical realism. Which are the reasons of the New Greek emigration? Why did they choose Hamburg? How does the gender influence the decision for migration?
