The aim of this thesis is the design of a modular system for holding events in public space, seeking its use through the interaction of the city’s inhabitants with their participation in a common action.

O δημόσιος χώρος αποτελεί ένα δομικό συστατικό της σύγχρονης πόλης, αναγκαίο για τη ζωή των κατοίκων της. Ωστόσο, η σημερινή κατάσταση των πόλεων δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε αυτό, καθώς συνήθως συναντάται απαξιωμένος και αχρησιμοποίητος. Τα τελευταία χρόνια γίνονται προσπάθειες επανάκτησης του «χαμένου» δημόσιου χώρου είτε από αυθόρμητες δράσεις των κατοίκων, είτε από μελέτες σχεδιαστών, με την ανάγκη επανοικειοποίησης του δημόσιου χώρου να φαντάζει πιο επίκαιρη από ποτέ μετά από την πρόσφατη εμπειρία της πανδημίας.
