Περίληψη:The Land Art movement was a reference point in the course of contemporary art, because through its pioneering and kinematic character, it conveyed messages concerning man and linked to the natural environment. Artists active after 1960, a period of intense change, constructed artworks in natural landscapes, choosing to move away from indoor art spaces, museums and galleries. The impetus for the birth of the ideology of the Land Art movement was resistance to the commercialization of art at the time, as well as an attempt to highlight ecological beliefs and attitudes. Land Art, also known as 'environmental art', has a strong socio-political and environmental content, which is why it is also directly linked to education. The creation of educational material, based on the Land Art movement, aims to inform, acquire knowledge, skills and new perceptions for the students in training. The creation of an educational book, describing the historical development of Land Art and its works, with natural illustrations and activities, aims initially to understand the Land Art movement, to identify popular artworks, to inspire students to create environmental artworks, and to raise environmental awareness. Finally, the educational application through art activities, implemented in the third grade in a school in Volos, approached a variety of social and environmental issues, art issues and had a positive impact on students' cognitive and emotional skills
